GENERAL MANAGER

Extraordinary Us is on the hunt for a sharp, strategic and creative General Manager to help propel our young organisation into its next era. We celebrate the beauty of ordinary lives through projects like The Museum of Me, Autumn Is Queer and Symphony of Us — and we’re ready to grow.

We’re looking for someone who can keep our current work thriving and build long-term organisational strength. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director to shape strategy, improve systems, manage finances, support our Board, and lead fundraising that powers our future.

This is a freelance, 30-day role (Jan–July 2026), worked flexibly and mostly remotely, with a strong ambition to extend. 1 day a week at £290 per day.
